Qualified electors were sent a ballot with the incorrect address. The property that would be acquired if approved by the voters is located at 12925 E. Main Street, Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona. Therefore, the corrected Official Title and Descriptive Title of your ballot is:

Proposition 441 at the March 14, 2017 Special Election - Referral to the qualified electors of the Town of Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona the question of whether the Town Council's adoption of a resolution approving a purchase contract for real property located at 12529 E. Main Street, Dewey-Humboldt, Arizona in the amount of $120,000 for municipal purposes shall be approved.

Last day to file arguments, 300 words or less, pro and con, for Referendum by 5:00 p.m. December 14, 2016. Payments can be submitted through the Town's online Credit Card Payment site. A fee of $100.00 will be charged for each argument submitted for the referendum.

If you are interested in running for one of these offices, please stop in and visit the Town Clerk at Town Hall during normal business hours and pick up a candidate packet. This process will take about 15 minutes so arranging an appointment in advance is recommended.
